Baked potatoes with smoked salmon filling easy peasy lemon squeezy


  • 6-8 baking potatoes
  • 300g smoked salmon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • small bunch of chives
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g Crème fraîche
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • butter for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Wrap all potatoes to aluminium foil and bake for 45-90 minutes depending of the size of the potatoes.
  3. Crush the garlic to a bowl and chop the chives. Cut smoked salmon in small pieces. Add cream cheese, Crème fraîche and salmon to the bowl and mix everything together. Season with black pepper, sea salt and lemon juice.
  4. Serve potatoes with butter and salmon filling.

A very good dinner idea if you don’t have a lot of space in your flat (we don’t, so 6 people were dining at the small living room table). Potatoes fit perfectly even on smaller plates, they are fast to prepare and simply delicious. For dessert we served this Tiramisu… :9 nomnom
